We stayed in a room on the first floor at this hotel for 3 days. The hotel is situated in a wonderful place, close to the Vistula River and Wawel Castle. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfasts were balanced. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would be delighted to stay there in the future.

Cleanliness was outstanding, host was helpful, checked us in and provided new towels even though we only stayed for 2 days. There is a tram stop nearby so transportation to city center was easy. There was tea, coffee etc. in the kitchen as well as a microwave, kettle and refrigerator.

The whole building looked new, clean and very nice. Our room was pretty spacious and had everything that was described on Booking. It was also very clean and smelled nice. It also has a shared kitchen and dining place, however we didn’t use it.The snow in the private parking was shoveled away and there was enough space for 2 bigger cars or 3-4 smaller cars. The neighborhood looked to be nice and it was also quiet. There is a tram stop about 8 minutes from the property that goes to the main square. Communication with the owner was good, they were very helpful and they understood English well enough.
