Everything was top notch! We absolutely fell in love with the interior, breakfast place, breakfast food, amazing room, iconic bathroom, everything smells so good, friendliest staff and loveliest terrace. Welcome wine in the special room with cheese plate and fado music at arrival was everything we ever needed. Didn't want to leave the hotel neither in the days we stayed nor after we checked out. Best accommodation we ever stayed in and will return to Lisbon just to stay at Palacio das Especiarias one more time. FIVE STARS! THANK YOU!

The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. No complaints! The breakfast was delicious and had a nice range of food. The staff were really great and friendly and helped look after our luggage. Enjoyed our stay, wish we had stayed longer!

I can not compliment this establishment enough! The staff are exceptional - so friendly and helpful. It felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was so lovely and there was a lot to choose from. Our air-conditioning did not work during our stay, but everything else made up for it. Well done, Shiadu!

Manuel and his staff were very helpful and informative. They kept the property very clean. It is located on the 4th floor of a larger building. A good breakfast in the kitchen area launched us for the day. 3 bathrooms shared amongst the few rooms without a bathroom was not an issue.

Very clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The hotel is located in a very happening area of Lisbon, with dozens of restaurants and shops open till late in the night on the street just outside, but the room is quiet and peaceful. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice; lovely view of Castelo Sao Jorge.

I loved the helpful staff, the location and the exquisite property. Ao Chiado is very close to the streetcar line, and you can catch the very famous and scenic streetcar # 28 for an inexpensive tour over the ols streets to see the sights of the historic section of town.

Situated in the Misericordia district of Lisbon, Casa do Jasmim by Shiadu is at a short distance from attractions such as Bairro Alto and Liberty Avenue.
