The kids and us had A beautiful stay in this guest house. Yhe staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned every day. The place is designed so beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped so we could coock our meals. There was even a nice terrace for some peace and quiet. We highly recommend it.

As others have already written: Antonio (and other less visible people) really take good care of guests and the house. Yes there are shared bathing rooms, but it's no issue and (at least!) largely outweighed by the good breakfast. And don't miss out on visiting the bonsai garden!

The location was excellent. Narrow old streets through a vibrant area of Coimbra. Close to buses, cafes, entertainment, etc. The staff was the best. Liliana was great. Helping me finds things, giving me local advice and even helping me get a SMTUC bus pass. She was like a personal tour guide throughout my stay. Always kind, friendly and funny. The common kitchen is great too. Full compliment of appliances and utensils. I cooked meals everyday from food I bought at local supermarket. Laundry service was great too. Coimbra is a great place to visit and the experience at Coimbra City Charm was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend it. Especially if you're like me and just show up hoping for the best. You'll find it here.

I didnt expect an accommodation at a bus station to be so well maintained. It was clean , good kitchen, and very comfortable room. About 5 mins walk to a big supermarket and maybe 10 mins walk to central area with food options.
