Wonderful house. The house is on the smaller side, but you can find everything you need. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, airconditioning etc. Also there are two terraces that are enable you to relax and bask in the Madeiran sunshine. The accomodation is very clean and is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea and fruit. There’s no inside kitchen, but outside there is a barbecue and a dishwashing station. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were also surprised by Nelson as he gifted us fresh fruit like bananas and Madeiran custard apples. The house is situated in a nice, hilly neighborhood of Funchal. It’s about a 2km ride from the nearest main road exit or reachable by bus. It’s about a 10 minute drive into the city center and also about a 10 minute drive to be in the middle of the nature. Highly recommend to stay here whilst being on Madeira.

A complete apartment equipped with everything necessary. You can stay there like in your own flat. There are two terraces to use. The view on the ocean is excellent. To get downtown takes ca. 45 minutes on foot but there stops of relevant bus lines in the vicinity.

In the Santa Luzia district of Funchal, close to Almirante Reis Beach, A ver o mar rooms- Funchal city center has a shared lounge and a washing machine.

▪️Clean and comfortable room and shared spaces. ▪️ The property is great both for socialising and to get your work done. ▪️The terrace is super spacious with great views and has a shower outside for the hotter days. ▪️Met some lovely people! ▪️Great communication with the property manager (Catarina) who was super helpful and responsive. ▪️Short walk to the heart of Funchal. ▪️As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying here. perfect location very clean has everything needed even for long stay (for cooking, washing clothes etc) stylish&cozy accommodation great guest area with view on mountains on the one side and ocean on the another 1min to big supermarket great car rental right in 5min walk and you can park the car on the mall parking right in 1min from the apartment (pretty cheap) the host answers quickly and is ready to help 100% recommend!

The highest standards of hospitality! Exceptional! The place should be a benchmark for all hospitality service providers. Not only in Madeira. This is not yet another property with cheap stuff from Ikea. Rooms are spacious with lots of direct outdoor lights. Entire place is safe, quite and private. With beautifull garden and clean pool. Very convenient indoor garage. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything needed + you are given storage splace if needed. Large common areas for dinning, reading, or enjoying the garden. Check-in and check-out is fully self-service. The communication is clear and easy. In general, everything is very well thought to a small details. This makes your stay exceptional at this house.
