I stayed in the Country Suite for 1 night, the room is beautifully decorated and had a helpful book about São Miguel Island with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit whilst on the Island. I also liked the bath salts and the reduction in plastic for the toiletries. The villa and area is peaceful and is only about a 10 minute drive from Sete Cidades, Mosteiros and Feteiras.

Probably the best accommodation I have ever booked. Everything was perfect. Beautiful furniture, beautiful calming views, sweet neighbourhood, 5 min from amazing lakes, the best breakfast ever with fresh local products. Best of island memories.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the attention to detail in every corner is evident. The hot tub is a great way to unwind the day, breakfast was delicious. Would love to return one day, highly recommend.

We spent very little time at the property (literally only slept there), but absolutely no complaints - the room was huge, perfectly clean, great bathroom, they were flexible with check in and even offered to pack us a breakfast box because our flight was too early to take advantage of the buffet. Would definitely recoomend!

We totally recommend staying at A Tipica. The room was much better than the photos, spacious and comfy and our bathroom had two separate showers! We had everyday cleaning and a magnificent breakfast with homemade products. Of course the company and attentiveness of the owner is an added bonus. The property is close by both to the city centre and also to the airport. In June it was easy for us to park around.
