The kindness and care of hosts. The room is very large and well-equiped with kettle, sink, oven, coffee machine, desk, AC, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious and customised. The hosts were very friendly and, upon my request, were happy to spend a considerable amount of time chatting with me. They also prepared me breakfast and made themselves available despite me leaving very early in the morning. They also were flexible with my late check-in.

The room was very comfortable and it was great to have a shared kitchen available to prepare meals. There was even a coffee machine with free coffee available to prepare. The host Isaac was exceptionally helpful, hospitable and organised. He explained how to use the facilities in the room and kitchen and recommended places to visit. He also was readily available to contact in case there were any questions or assistance needed. It was also very close to a bakery with excellent bread and not too far from small minimarket for supplies when needed.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with all our requests, also given that we were a bigger group, we felt very welcome and had a great time.

The guest house is in a 19th century building, fully renovated in 2016.

the rooms are big enough. There are lots of space in the room. clean rooms as well with drinking water. the stuff was very helpful and the breakfast was better than expected.

Marta was amazing from the start. She made a special effort so that we can recieve our room earlier than planned. The room was great! clean, quiet.The beds were comfortable and the shower was well equipped and clean. The common kitchen area is fully equipped with all that is needed to cook and store our food. She really put a lot of thought so that privacy remains even in common area.

Situated in Silveira, Vila Louro provides free bikes. With an outdoor swimming pool, the property also features barbecue facilities. Both free WiFi and private parking are accessible on site.

We had the pleasure to meet Joana and to stay in her beautiful Guest House in Silveira for a few days. It is a wonderful place, very clean and with everything you need. It is located in a very quiet and calm street. You are only a couple of minutes away from Santa Cruz.
