The home is steeped in history and the host is absolutely lovely. The breakfast they offer was absolutely the best breakfast we had on our two week trip. The homemade natas and lemon curd made from lemons on the grounds really speak to the care and love the owners put into the guest experience. Breakfast was presented in a lovely breakfast room with traditional table settings and china and included everything we could want - yogurt, fresh bread and buns, very good coffee, fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses and sliced ham. It’s one of the few houses that are still in their original form from when they were built. The hosts have kept as much of the original decor as possible.
