The place was very comfortable and just steps from the ocean - you can hear the waves as soon as you step outside the property. The area is quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbours that add to the charm. We were warmly welcomed with local products upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. A truly relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The view is top, the bedrooms were great, the BBQ place was so cool and the host was very friendly and took care of everything. We could also leave our luggage in the apartment after we checked out. Definitely can recommend the apartment :)

Staying at Lajes de Pico for some days was perfect. The hosts are very helpful with questions about the island and activities and make sure your stay is excellent. They helped me with finding a guide for the climb at mount pico and booked the whale spotting for me. Also a huge plus was the view over the mountain.
