Breakfast was good. The hotel is located on a steep hill accessed by a dirt road. We were the only guests in the hotel. The owner came and met us at the bottom of the hill and we followed his car to the hotel. There is a shared kitchen (we were the only guests there). The owner asked us when we would like to have breakfast and prepared it accordingly. The breakfast was good.

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff, parking. Pity that it does not have a cooking corner for guests (maybe it does, but being low season it was closed).

The place is amazing, secluded, beautiful with refreshing mountain/forest views. The mountain creek close by, the small adventure park and the playground made us enjoy our time there so much that the kids didn't want to leave. Food was good, the lack of WiFi and electricity made our couple of days there extra cozy. Furthermore, the trail along the river with a couple of caves along the way was also gorgeous, easy to do with young kids. And for the parents .... spending a couple of hours in the traditional jacuzzi ("ciubăr") under the night's sky was particularly relaxing. The people were friendly and made our stay extra pleasant. For sure a place to come back to.
