We loveed it here. It was impeccably clean, quiet, bed very comfortable. Also it is very close to the highway. You can oark the car in front of the villa. We've stayed here before and we will stay here in the future when we go to Greece. The neighborhood is quiet, only houses around, and ask the owner about some good restaurants recommendations. It was amazing. Very polite and the room was clean, warm and very nice prepared for our arrival. The location was 10 min distance from the center, for the hot water I had to wait a couple of minutes but it was all good. If we needed something, the lady would help us. I recommend 100%.

Everything. Truly one of the finest guesthouses in the world, run by some of the world's finest people. You would be wise to spend some time with Vojkan and Datsa on your trip to Niš. They are some of the greats. An unforgettable experience and I can't wait to return. On top of the hospitality, the room is perfect: comfortable bed, hot and strong shower, AC, a fridge, and a desk, in a restored original building in the very center of town only a few minutes walk to both the river and the fortress and the famed Tinkers alley. 10 stars is not enough.

Our accommodation had two bedrooms with comfortable bedding and excellent heating. The host was friendly and accommodating, speaking good English. The Internet was ok. I recommend this place for an overnight stay in Niš.
