There was no breakfast, however the host did leave chocolates, tea, instant coffee, a pot to make hot water, and a liter of water left in the refrigerator for us. The parking is behind the building, with a gate that is closed at night. We had a quiet table outside, our own entry way to the room, and plenty of space for us. The television was easy to use. The only issue was that the shower head had a leak in the hose attachment, which the host promised would be fixed right away. The neighborhood is very quiet, but very close to restaurants and most of the important sights of the center of the city. We loved this city!

Great location, reasonable price, private underground parking, some complimentary beverages. Everything you need for a one-two day stay. But actually you can stay longer. There is even a washing machine.
