Excellent value for money. The staff are amazing, especially Andrew, who kept in touch with me to make sure I was OK even after I left and continued my journey to other destinations. As I was leaving, he arranged for the taxi driver to take me directly to my bus (the driver actually stopped next to the bus in the busy bus park!). The rooms are clean, mine had a nice balcony. The restaurant served some of the best food I had in Rwanda, and there's a nice view from the restaurant over the city. The place is located close to shops, including a nice supermarket. The very centre of Kigali is short moto taxi ride away. Of course, it's not a luxury hotel, but for the money they charge it's really hard to beat.

Delightful staff, very clean, loved the little balcony and view over the valley, a couple of km to the centre of town. Even easier if you hop on the back of a motorbike taxi (1000-1500 RWF) and a fun way to commute.

It’s pretty centrally located, about 20-minute walk to downtown Kigali and Nyabugogo Bus Park. Breakfast was served according to the time requested with fruits and choice of African or black tea. One staff spoke English well and he brought a mobile fan to my room when it got a bit hot
