The staff were wonderful and very helpful - their English was also fantastic. The food was exceptional. The location was just far enough out of Kranj to be very peaceful and with a bus service just outside, it was very easy to get in and out of town and also to Ljubljana. I would highly recommend Hisa Ales.

Location was perfect, central and in walking distance to all the amenities. The staff were excellent and were the perfect hosts. The place was spotless and bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend. A lovely family run business.

Food is excellent! I recommend to eat in the guest house. Also the breakfast feels luxurious, since it is not a buffet, but you order what you want from the kitchen.

Great place, ideal for a stopover. Staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent location, peaceful and quiet with an easy access to Kranj. Clean room with comfortable beds. Enough parking spaces on the premises and very good breakfast.

Beautiful surroundings. Outside fireplace where guests can gather in the evening. Well equiped common kitchen. Recommended! Make sure you visit the village, which is beautiful, with it's canals, lovely houses and church.

Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant serves excellent food, which is varied with local and international dishes and reasonably priced. Ideal location close to main routes and motorway but a nice quiet location.
