We went to the festival and stayed at the place instead of sleeping in a tent with the kids. It was convenient - and beautiful place just under the castle. Owner really lovely, helpful, lots of info about the area available. Great garden, outdoors, kids loved it. We really enjoyed it there.

Simple, but good apartment. Easy check-in. My dad liked that there was finally a place with good size coffee mugs. Definitely recommend. (would like to return someday to explore Krásnohorská Jaskyňa Cave nearby, but need to book tour in advance).

It won't be the best place you'll ever go to but for this price and for a short stay, it is more than fine. Yes, the rooms could need a little refreshment but they are clean. Beds are comfy and location is perfectly fine with the city center being within a 30 minutes walk. And the place's restaurant is also good.
