Good location, close to the main road of Rawai beach, but very quiet. Perfect room for me as I was juat training at AKA and needed a bed. Room was small, and not much natural light, but this meant the room stayed cool which, even with aircon, is a big plus. Staff were very friendly, and they're 2 cats were the best cats in Thailand! Good parking also.

Coming back to Thira house for the second time and it's great as always! Super friendly staff, they have a small snack and drink station downstairs, water is given every day, rooms have microwaves. Room is spacious and clean. Will come back again!
