Lovely rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and will always help with any question. They also serve free fresh fruits every day, coffee and tea. There are a lot of cool cafes nearby too. I would return to this wonderful place again:))

We had a great time there. Noon was super helpful with everything. I love the smell of soap on linens. The breakfast had good variety of food, nice coffee and tea which you wouldn’t expect for free. We travelled with 2 kids and it was perfectly fine. Thanks heaps Noon and staff

The little courtyard was so beautiful, peaceful and the perfect place to "come home to" after a day of exploring. The rest of the place was lovely and honestly just felt like home. Cozy, beautiful and the staff were so friendly and thoughtful. I will absolutely come back to Pak Chiang Mai whenever I visit this area.

Everything is perfect. The best place you could stay in ChiangMai. My sister and I were very happy to stay at Baitong homestay. We enjoed staying there very much. The whole homestay is beautiful and quite clean including our room. Free breakfast is hearty and big. The most important is Narumol and Manfred are very nice. They even helped us to take the baggage to the taxi when we left that day, like the parents sent their daughters to uni. We felt warm. I will definitely go back to Baitong if visit Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!
