The location was great, it was so quiet, the birds were the noisiest sounds.Mai,and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I felt very lucky to stay there !!!

The owners and their staff were very kind, warm-hearted and helpful. I stayed in two different rooms, both were very well designed and equipped. I had booked a night train ticket and I was allowed to stay in the room without extra costs for the whole day. The beach is only some meters away and there are several beach bars. Thank you for everything!

Great accommodation, cool balcony, nice rooftop with sunset and sea views. The owner and a friendly lady at the reception trying their best to make the guests feel welcomed. Everything was very comfortable and clean and there was a kettle in the room and a microwave on the floor and silence. Thank you!

The guesthouse is located at the old tow center of Huahin. it is very close to all the seafood restaurant near to the beach side of Hua hin. Very quite at night and the house tenant is very helpful and friendly..I stayed one extra night and only pay for the rent on the next day

A 10 minute walk to the beach.2 minutes from the night market. Plenty of shops & restaurants within 5 minuyes walk.On a quiet side road. A good size family room with a kitchen/diner, living area, bedroom, bathroom and a small bathroom. All clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice, would stay here again. Microwave, kettle & toaster. Good value for money

I highly recommend the location if you do not need to be close to the bars on the beach side. The location is close to the night market, close to the train station and has bars and restaurants around. Access to viewpoint and Artists Village by car is also easy from this side of the main road. The place itself is nice and very good value for money. The staff is very friendly.
