We stayed for three days in this little paradise. Lovely room in a lovely garden with lovely people. They speak quite good English and are very willing to help with anything. Every day after sightseeing we were glad to get back "home" and have a beer on our balcony overlooking the garden and listering to the birds in the jungle next to us. Comfortable beds, good working showers, aircom. They even made breakfast en cooked dinner for us, (although that's not in the deal!) and took us to the station. A lovely place for peace, quiet and beauty.

I’ve really like the place that is close to the river! Wonderful venue and quality/price amazing! Obviously: you know what you’re booking! Don’t choose this place if you are not an “open” person.

The fact that the guesthouse is really close to the station bus helps these two girls arriving from Chiang Mai very early in the morning. The host was really helpful and being so understanding. She let us pray, freshen up at the lobby area before letting us checking in around 9 (because the guest check out early). Thank you so much.

The room was very big and very clean. It was close to the trainstation. There was a possibility to have breakfast. We liked the lounge at the entrance.

Golden Sword with a Boat is as quirky and unique as its name is unusual. The spacious, spotless room was on the top floor of a large two-floor building in a nicely kept garden setting. In the same compound there is a temple-like structure and apparently the owner is a monk who practiced in Taiwan for a long time. The staff is welcoming and helpful. A unique perk is the charming floating tea room restaurant located down some steps and a path on the river, serving delicious teas and Taiwanese meals. The staff even let us have our breakfast there the next morning. My son and I liked the huge metal dragon sculpture at the front gate!
