For us this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was very clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Perfect air-con, a nice terrasse etc. It is located in the middle of the small town with everything available within a few minutes walk. Even the main beach of the island. However, we preferred to take a taxi to the amazing nearby Ao Cho beach which is a short taxi drive away (10 min). The taxi cost 30 Bath per person or 200 for the whole car, if you prefer to go straight away without waiting for the taxi to be full (with other people). For us this beach was heaven on earth with beautiful green water, white sand and a very chill atmosphere. Plus the sunbeds are free on this beach. On the main beach they cost 100 Bath per person. We really liked to stay in the town centre as the smaller and more beautiful beaches are very quiet in the evenings. With this apartment we could be in the centre at night time and very easily go to the perfect beach during the days. We highly recommend this place!

A fantastic big apartment on the ground floor with everything you need for short or long stay ,the apartment is like a mini museum with many recycled items always something to look at, only a 5 minute walk to the beach ,extremely comfortable and quiet.

LOCATION : few steps from the port and 5 mins far from the beach. 7ELEVEN just after the corner CLEANING : very well cleaned. Everything! curtains, sheet, floor, bathroom. all perfect STAFF : the owner is very lovely and useful. She texted me hours before the checkin to advise me it was a blackout on the island to know if I was still down to checkin in her hostel. sweet!

It was perfect it was quiet and it was away from the hustle bustle of the beaches on the other side of the island it’s own private beach was great Mark and Minnie were perfect hosts we would have liked to say another 2 nights but they were fully booked which no surprise , would recommend Minnie Seaview to any one

Great service, receptionist helped me out with renting a motorcycle immediately which was really helpful (I think it's run by the same people). Room was nice and clean, and the air conditioning was fantastic. Bed was also extremely spacious.

Property was great location, very easy and smooth getting keys. Really local and got bottles of water and new tissues. Mini fridge for keeping water and food chilled and clothes dryer outside which is great for beach clothes and ac and fan in the room. Reviews say bathroom is small but it honestly is what you expect for the price.

The owners were so nice and helpful. You can rent a bike from them for a good price. Breakfast was really good and we enjoyed our stay so much!
