Everything - new, clean, and cozy room with a spectacular view. It's an amazing place. The owner lady is so nice and welcoming. I'll definitely come back again.

Nice bungalows in a charming garden. Not too close from each other. easy check-in and great staff. Comfortable bed with mosquito net. no A/C but fan is enough. great wifi. 2 min by walk : river bamboo bridge. 4 min : night market, shop and restaurants… So central but in a quiet area.

Beautiful grounds, just outside the main walking street (5-10 minute walk) but nice and peaceful. The rooms were lovely, great value! Lovely hammocks and outside seating area. Would recommend!

Room and our private bathroom are extremely clean, bed is big and comfortable and even the mosquito net smelled like it was freshly washed. Staff are super welcoming and helpful, providing laundry service, clean drinking water, coffee/tea in the morning, toilet paper, and clean towels whenever we asked. For the cost, it was definitely a great value stay and we enjoyed it.

We loved our stay here. We stayed an extra night. We were apprehensive seeing all the warnings about how basic it was but we loved it and were so comfortable! No need for Aircon as it was cool in the evenings.
