Everything is perfect in Chaiyapoon Inn. Attention to detail! Big room, fridge, safe, shower, water cooker, everything there, and it all works great. The room was cleaned regularly whenever I asked. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome

Fantastic room for a long and affordable stay in Pattaya! Huge room, with desk and couch. Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff were really friendly and addressed all issues I encountered during my long stay. Door for stairs leading to room can be accessed by walking in between building and neighboring restaurant, negating the need to walk through the bottom-floor bar. 7-11, gym, laundry and currency exchange within 1-2 blocks of the building. TV had solid cable package with movies, sports and news. Loud music plays virtually every night until 5 or 6 am. At first, I had trouble sleeping because of it; however, after a week it didn't bother me at all. In fact, there were a couple nights all the bars were closed because alcohol sales were prohibited for the night and I had trouble sleeping because it was so quiet haha

The owner is very helpful and kind. Very accommodating and considerate. My cat and I really enjoyed being there. It is on Soi Buakhao so very convenient access to nightlife areas, food, markets and there is even a full sized gym just a few blocks away.

The location is absolutely perfect. Your walking access to: Food Coffee Entertainment Health and Massage Bars and Alcohol Companionship Shopping Safe and clean area Beach access Mind you, I’m talking about a single Male. This is not a Family Friendly Place It’s budget based. The Bed was comfortable and clean. Air Conditioner was new and strong.
