I would definitely give this place 5 stars. Everyone is so kind and hospitable! We had a wonderful stay and experience here. No doubt, we will be coming back to stay again and will be reccomending this place to others in the future.

An amazing hostel with great staff and very well-located place.

We really enjoyed this amazing guesthouse, very beautiful, comfortable, nice and clean, in a natural environment, for a very decent price. The beakfast are good. We rented bikes on site to visit the old Sukhothaï temples which was very convenient, the center is less than 10 minutes away by bike and smooth (allow one full day to visit the whole area). I strongly recommend

We hesitated to book this hotel because there were only a few reviews. We booked it because it looked so nice and we are very happy that we did. Paolo (hope I spell his name right) and his wife are both very, very friendly. They do their up most best to make you feel welcome and taken care of. When we arrived we got useful information about Sukothai, what to see and when to see it. That information proved to be useful and correct. Breakfast is a surprise but we can tell you that it is excellent and more than enough. Not a buffet but personally prepared for you. The Thai name translates to Jasmin House. The location in this website/app is a little off although the address is correct, the location on Google Maps is the correct location. The Grab app does know the Guesthouse next door (see Google Maps) and that way we arrived without a problem. This hotel is quite new, the owners do have another, bigger hotel. Everything looks nice, you can sit in front of the reception and in the breakfast area, it is really nice decorated and peaceful. The location is excellent, just around the corner from the entrance of Sukothai historical park (with food market for dinner, free entrance in the evening) and around the other corner is a night market during weekends. The street itself is very quiet, which is good for sleeping. The rooms were very clean, the bed is one of the best we had last month, the bathroom is clean and the shower is good. We would definitely recommend this place, go meet Paolo and his wife and enjoy their hospitality. Another tip is to go to 'amulet learning center' (Buddhist votive tablets learning center according to Google Maps) which is just 2 km away. Less known but a very nice activity to do (we are 2 adults and an almost adult so it is not only for children).

This peaceful place with nature offers breathtaking views of lush tobacco fields from the living room, creating a serene and unique experience. The wooden villa is beautifully designed, peaceful, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful amenities. There is a mosquito net in all of the house in every room, even the living room. It's conveniently located near Sukhothai Historical Park and the city, making it easy to explore the area. Motorbike rentals are available, and the local breakfast served here is absolutely delightful! The staff are warm and attentive, making the stay even more special. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and tidy and very spacious! A nice modern touch with comfy beds! The staff who run the place were attentive, kind and hospitable. We had breakfast delivered to our table every morning- traditional and fresh. The owner couldn’t do enough for him and we would certainly return should we pass through again.

The staff were lovely and the value for money was great. Food was cheap and good I would come again.

Perfect location, clean and comfy room, great and very kind owner. And includes also a nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Simple and nice room for short days staying

The host was super super nice and helpful. We could rent bikes for free and as no one booked the room after us, we could check out in the afternoon without any problems. The breakfast was really good (fresh fruit, fried rice and egg) and the location was amazing. You could reach the main attractions by foot and with the bikes you could also reach the temples that were a bit outside.
