Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. We had difficjliestfinding the place and was like walking and asking a couple of times when suddenly the owner appeared in front of us. Apparently someone message him that we are looking for Emirhan. When we arrived he made coffee while finishing the registration paperwork. The owner also helped carrying one of our 10kg luggage while escorting us to the Guesthouse. He even helped carrying it when we checked out to our next stay which is 10 minutes walk. The room is on the 5th floor by stairs only,but it was worth it. The room ia very spacious, with coffee making facility, refrigerator and a microwave. Bathroom with hot water shower. Water pressure is very good. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was cold. Many windows, with one side overlooking the ocean at a distance. The balcony is also spacious and overlooking the ocean as well. Door lock looked strong and secure. There's an electronic remote to open the main door to the house so we have a 24h access. The location is a 10minutes walk from Sultanahmet, a bit downhill. A small supermarket is within 5 minutes distance. A few choice of restaurants are available in the vicinity, with lower prices compared to those in Sultanahmet.
