Lots of good local restaurants and popular bars. Very good location, quiet and peaceful at night. Hosts very welcoming and accommodating. There are a convenient store walking distance from the property and I had no problem with transportation with TTRideshare (Local Uber). Just 5 minutes walking from the buzzing avenue and all supermarkets etc. Most definitely to recommend and repeat for our next travel for T&T. We were staying (7 days) at the guesthouse in the stone building( across the pool). The guesthouse was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. ( AC etc. ) The bed was comfortable and hardly no noise to be heard from outside. All in all, a pleasant stay at the Gingerbread House!Guest review byTaraYoung couple

The neighbourhood was extremely quiet and the pool was just enough to cool off in. Everything was very private and felt safe.
