The location was fantastic, couldn’t really get better. Free parking is a great bonus, I made sure I was there early as it is limited, and it is a tight space, but don’t let this put you off, it is a great place.

    Authors is a very quaint boutique style guest house, location was quite a walk to Duval St , probably made worse because of the heat we got uber back at night. Parking we found a space in the next street . Breakfast basic but adaquate,pool was tiny more like a Jacuzzi,ok to dip in to cool off ,pool area bit shabby ,could do with a spruce up. Rooms were very comfortable and clean ,super comfy beds
