Everything, really EVERYTHING. We were received into this very nice, SUPER CLEAN hotel by Oybek, who went out of his way to help us and explain everything to us. He also speaks Gernan fluently and is so modest about it!!! Breakfast was abundant and excellent. The location is perfect, with sights near by. Oybek recommended a restaurant close by because we told him that we wanted to eat Shashlik and salad and the restaurant was also amazing. We were so happy with our hotel choice that we wanted to stay for an extra two nights but it was fully booked. Oybek told us that they owned another hotel= Elite Boutique Hotel in the vicinity and that there was a room available there. Without hesitation we agreed to it, and we were certainly not disappointed: the same fantastic location, the same quality big room with great ensuite bathroom, super wifi, all amenities perfect and personalised breakfast. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: We met Bek, the most wonderful receptionist on earth. He greeted us with a huge smile, spoke English fluently and his sense if humour was so endearing. We could have stayed forever talking to him and were so sad when we had to leave. We wish him all the best for his future as a cardiologist and thank him for his sunshine presence. Oybek and everybody at Hotel Horizon Boutique and Bek and everybody at Elite Boutique Hotel, we cannot thank you enough for your hospitality, we want to give you 100/10, you are the best! This hotel/these hotels are a gem at a fantastic price not to be missed!!!!!!!!!

This is a very cozy mini-hotel in 15-minute walk from Registan Square. We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, fast Internet, breakfast, and service. The host of the hotel greeted us with hospitality, offered tea with Eastern sweets, and helped us with calling a taxi. We really enjoyed our staying here!

Very frendly and welcoming staff. Great freshly made breakfest with a plenty of fruits and bakery. Owner Firdavs was able to give all the necessary information about sightseing, organise all transportation and deal with difficult situations. The house was very comfortable and with only 2 rooms it means you get to share it with 2 more guests only. The heating was superb! There were things you can use to cook your own meal. There was a big ref to store your food. The owner did wait for me in the early morning to check me in. My train arrived at around 1am and he waited . Then on the last day i requested if i can store my luggage coz i will be going to Tajikistan for a day tour . The owner knows good english so you can communicate well with him. Overall this is a very good experience for me. And also there is a good restaurant at the corner and a somsa place across and beside the house. You will never get hungry.

First of all I loved the hospitality of the hostess Mrs.Meha🥰 She was very kind and polite.Her English was perfect ,so we were very comfortable communicating with her. The room we chose was very bright and clean with all necessary facilities. The view from our room was looking at the famous mausoleum Gur Emir the former king of Persian dynasty The best we loved in this hotel was the delicious russian-uzbek breakfast prepared by Mrs.Meha herself. We have had the pancakes with strawberry jam, some egg scrumbles with veggies and their famous hot bread with their traditional cream which you put on slice of the bread and eat 😋 In conclusion I want to add that I would definitely stay my next visit at this hotel. Highly recommend to feel the atmosphere of this hotel,sure you will never regret👍 Thank you again Meha❤️
