The place is in a nice neighbourhood and it's equiped wirh a sense for details There's a really nice patio where you can relax with a cup of tea that is alway available. Breakfast is good. It's clean and there are enough bathrooms. Definitely a good place to stay in Tashkent!

The property is beautiful but the staff are what makes it special. The family who runs the hotel are kind, informative and go out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay. It started raining while we were asleep and they put a cover over our bicycles to keep them dry. A good location to some attractions.

The lady working there was the sweetest person I met on my whole trip. She doesn't speak any English but she uses Google Translate to help you. She is such a genuine warm person and I would go there again and again just for (just like many other guests there do). The place was clean and spacious. I loved the garden/terrace area which is very inviting and makes you want to just hang out there for a bit.

It was the most amazing place in Uzbekistan, extremely beautiful architure-wise, big, stylish room, excellent wifi, youtube TV, excellent lighning, a bathroom, well-designed, spotlessly clean and absolutely up to any European standard, or even better. Due to health issues I could not taste the breakfast, yet, it looked great what the others had, lovingly arranged, even including nuts and honey .... The place is conveniently situated next to metro stations and Chorzu Bazaar. Still, it is very quiet with a cosy innyard. Yet, the best thing was my "host family", who supported me so much when I needed medical help and cared for me like a real family. I am so grateful for what they did and how they cared, they deserve more than a 10!

The room and the bathroom were well equipped, well lit and clean. The owners were very helpful, making a call for me and upgrading my room when I arrived , as other guests wanted to extend the room that I had booked initially. Location-wise it does not take long to take the metro into the city "center". The metro itself is cheap and the stations are often beautifully done.

I love this place. It is very close to all centers and very close to Metro and I love the location. It is in very strategic location. Incredible hotel to stay. I recommend this for you guys this hotel. There are two administrators Shokhjakhon Akobir and Sardor are very polite. They help us too much. They bring every guests from their location and airport.

We had a wonderful stay at this family guesthouse. It’s like an oasis. We used a family room that’s very spacious and clean. Good beds and fantastic shower. Totally silent at night so you can really relax. Drinking water always available. Nice pool to cool down in the heat. The breakfast is homemade and delicious. The hosts very flexible, helpful and kind. Restaurants just around the corner. Easy with cheap taxis to different sights. Thank you so much 😍
