I can only use superlatives describing the hostel Napoli. Spacious rooms with individual lockers, delicious breakfast and a very helpful and welcoming staff. A special thank you goes to Gem, the owner, who stayed calm and helped me with no hesitation when I needed urgent medical help. A true gem!

Quiet area, clean rooms, and beautiful design. The owners are helpful and arranged a fun Lan Ha Bay tour for us, kayaking and swimming were amazing. Great stay overall! 🌿

We stayed in this room for 4 nights and it was amazing! The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable… We are quite tall, but the bed was big enough, amazing! Special thanks to the homestay owner, he helped us with everything in Cat Ba, booking tours, renting a scooter and advising some good spots. We did not have to arrange anything ourselves.. He was super interested in our experiences and sweet. We would definitely recommend this cute home stay. Also the location is not in the middle of the city centre, which is nice for a bit of peace. Thanks Hieu!

We had the best time in CornerCatBa. The host family couldn’t be any kinder. Thanh helped us to book Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay tour, transfers from/to Hanoi and Ninh Binh, did the laundry for us, recommended restaurants and cafes and cooked delicious breakfasts. She also helped to arrange a taxi for us to take us to Cat Ba National Park and even prepared bahn mi, snacks and water for us for free. The location of the accommodation was also great away from all the noise of Cat Ba Town with a beautiful view of the lake. We felt very special to experience Vietnamese hospitality and authentic experience. Thanh (our host) was so generous and kind, we felt like part of the family from the moment we arrived. If you want to experience true Vietnamese hospitality, look no further.

The family running the hostel were super lovely and helped us out with everything we needed. The guy who runs the place doesn’t speak English but was super sweet and communicated very well using Google translate. Overall loved my stay there the facilities were great and nice and clean
