It was all around and excellent value for the money. It clean and quiet, the owner was super nice. It was located about a 3 minute walk to the waterfront. There were 6 different options for breakfast included price. EXCEPTiONAL VALUE

Very good room, with a lot of space ! Bed is very comfy. Well located in Cat Ba. Owner is so nice, and helped us for several things. He even let us check in very early !

The best hosts we have met in Vietnam! Se welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are going to miss them and their cozy homestay. The room was super clean, the location was perfect and peaceful. After spending one night in a hotel in the town it was like we moved to paradise. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. They also helped us book tours and bus tickets. Can’t recommend enough!
