I would recommend this place for it's awesome position in front of a huge rice terraces. The room was really big and made mostly with wood. Extremely clean and with all the necessary amenities. The toilet was also very big and equipped with a very innovative shower system. Although a bit isolated, this is absolutely not a problem because it's easy to rent a scooter. Also there are a lot of very beautiful trails starting nearby and local guides are available all around. The owner helped us buy buy tickets to Hanoi for a very price and with a serious company. Thanks again for the memorable staying!

I traveled in March 2023. The location is great. If you can get a room with window view, that would be Awesome. Everything is nearby, the sun plaza, Bus top, City centre Restaurant. Rooms are clean. Bed has electric warmers which you must need in Sapa. It's Happy Stay.

This house is really basic, they just have bed to sleep, basic bathroom with hot water. But they are real local, I cooked with them by fire, watched TV with them at night, went to work with them in the morning. Stay like the local 😍
