I liked everything about the place, it was comfortable.. The privacy, and the balcony everything... The owner Angelique was very nice, It was amazing.

What a beautiful place, the accommodation is gorgeous and the hosts are brilliant Thank you Rian and Alan for our amazing trip to Addo. Rian arranged a day safari with the most wonderful prepared Braai and Alan spent the day with us going out of his way to show us as many animals as possible. We stayed in the two bed Cottage which was so beautiful with views over the plantation from the deck, the cottage was spotless and had everything that you could need and loads more. Rian prepared a beautiful meal for us on our arrival (this has to be prearranged) the food was so beautiful and fresh.

Kududu Guest House offers scenic views of the Sunday’s River Valley and the Eastern Cape bush. It features an outdoor pool area with barbecue facilities.

The guesthouse was set inside a citrus orchard looking out over a valley and the surrounding orchards. The guesthouse is isolated up a gravel road but that gave it a unique charm. I had room 3, which lead out to the pool and outdoor recreation area. There is a lovely star jasmine vine growing outside on the wall that scented the air and room .a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we had a good chat several times. There are safe areas to wander around the vicinity and orchard (lemons mostly). A very nice breakfast in a room of the lounge overlooking a valley, where there were cape Buffalo. The whole place had a nice comfortable feeling about it. Nice public use spaces and good views . The pool was clean and cool (it was very hit the day I arrived) and the grass was nice to relax on. There was outdoor furniture to use. I was surpised how rhe valley and distant views came alive at night, with street and security lighting all around, and the glow of the township lights in the distance. Two very friendly dogs who were keen for a walk ior a run every time I opened the security gate. This is a very safe location . Its up a rural road, inside a secure orchard, inside secre fencing (mostly to control the cape Buffalo , sufficient deterrent in themselves) fronted by some dense spiky bush. A place to relax and chill out.

We stayed one night at the guest house at Suma's Rest and it was an ideal location to visit Addo elephant park. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, and we felt welcome and well looked after.

The apartment had such an amazing atmosphere. Absolute great value for money. Owners were so warm, welcoming and ready to assist in any way possible.

What really makes this accommodation stand out is the customer service level. Byron was an excellent host and we met new team member Leanne who was lovely. Our room (more than a room actually with a lounge) was very comfortable and had a nice balcony looking out at the back of the garden with the river and sand dunes at the end. We stayed in order to visit Addo and it was perfectly located for that as it's so close to the South gate. Breakfast was very good too. We ate at the Taste of Africa restaurant literally yards away and had great pizzas. The Spar shop was handy and Byron organised for us to have sandwiches to collect as soon as they opened for us to take to Addo. We would highly recommend Sundune.

Happy Jackal is conveniently located 2 km from the South Gate to Addo National Park.

I miss Sousette's smile and hospitality. Peaceful place , friendly atmosphere, delicious dinners and homebaked bread. The safari in Addo National Park was an unforgettable experience. 10 out of 10!

Location was great for ado elephant park and scotia safari. Southern entrance to ado is about 2 miles away. Scotia about 15 minutes drive. Port Elizabeth airport about 30 mins away. Property was in a safe location and rooms were great. If we were to go again, we would stay at least 3 nights and go to ado on day one and scotia on day 2. Property owner was great.
