JJ was exceptionally kind, pleasant and cooperative. We felt like we were right at home. He’s a very honest man and provided everything to us to make our stay comfortable. He arranged our tours and transportation with very reasonable prices. Big shout out to Mustafa (driver) who took us around everywhere while we were in Aswan. He was very kind and sincere as well.

The Wifi is super good and fast, hot water 24/7 and is enough for everyone staying in the guest house. When it comes to the electricity it is available 24/7 and the lighting is epic, there is an AC. - View is epic: it is directly on the nile, there is even a cute rooftop where you can go up and enjoy the view. Hosts are professional: the hosts are super nice and helpful. They are responsive and can even help you in planning your trip. They give you a sense of the unique culture available on the island. - Super affordable qnd woth ittt. - Go local: Supporting such businesses instead of super expensive chains (that don't peovide half of the services they offer) is a must. LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE AMAZING HOSTS BEHIND IT.

We stayed at Nuba Heart as a family with two children and had an amazing experience. The accommodation was spacious and quiet, with two large bedrooms. It's ideally located—just a short walk from the ferry (only 10 EGP per person), and close to the train station and the local bazaar. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport, and Thameer organized all our tours and even our transfer to our next accommodation in Luxor, all at very good prices. He was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and lovely rooftop dinners with a great view. The Nubian village around the guesthouse is full of charm and becomes very lively at night. The locals are warm and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Our children loved it.

There are no words to start describing Abu. He is probably the most gentle person I've seen. He received us with his boat and took us to the hotel, and he was very welcoming. He helped us find transportation when we were kind of stuck and didn't know how to move in Aswan, and he also took us on a tour the the Nubian town and transported us as many times as we wanted and he charged us really fairly. He even had breakfast for us ready when we had to wake up super early to go to Abu Simbel and even gave my mother in law a massage to help her with her back problem. Really, an amazing host.

This was the best place we stayed in during our trip to Egypt! The guesthouse has a beautiful view of the Nile, with an amazing rooftop terrace. The atmosphere made us feel completely at home. Uncle Mahmoud, the owner, is such a classy and kind person—he welcomed us with fresh guava juice and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He arranged a reasonably priced taxi for a full day to visit the monuments and even offers boat tours on the Nile at fair prices. The kitchen is available if you want to cook, and it’s easy to cross to the city center for just 10 Egyptian pounds. On the day of our departure, Uncle Mahmoud woke up early to help with our luggage and sent someone with us to ensure everything went smoothly. These are genuine, honest, and wonderful people. We can’t recommend this place enough!
