XVA Art hotel is situated within the heart of historic Al Bastakiya. It offers elegant rooms featuring art by well-established designers and artists from the region, including Zayan Ghandour and Numa. Free WiFi is available. This hotel was absolutely perfect for the entirety of our stay. The people there were very welcoming and made our stay so pleasant. The room was so neat and it was very different from the typical hotel which was exactly what we wanted. The area has easy access for getting around and exploring the historic areas nearby. It’s a very short walk to the creek and getting across the water to the souks as well. Overall, we couldn’t have found a better stay in Dubai.

Initially I wanted to give only around 5 stars, but then I decided to increase my ratings the more days I actually stayed in the studio. - it's private and silent - grocery store and public transport within the reach - it has terrace you can chill on - A/C works really well - check-in around 10pm was very smooth with the receptionist
