The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Nice room and host. Airco was working good. It was at a nice spot. We took the car to see the beaches (because it was very hot) but it was possible to go by walking. Had a little accident with a nosebleed and the owner said it was oke because he could wash it off. Very nice!

Very good location of the facility, on the main promenade, many restaurants, proximity to many beaches, quiet, very clean, efficiently functioning air conditioning, new facility, large terrace with a hammock and a table with chairs, rooms cleaned regularly, delicious breakfasts included in the price, possibility of renting a car at a very good price, very nice and helpful hosts.

It is run by the family and the owner will do everything in his hands to make your stay very comfortable. The location is perfect, away from the noise of the road, and still very close to the beach (walking distance). Also the breakfast is amazing, plentiful and delicious. Followed by coffee/tea, crepe and fresh fruits. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Parking is available, apartments are good with great view from the balcony. Sea is in <10 mins of walking, but if you want free beach - make sense to go by car because it is further (In Ksamil just few small public beaches).
