Renato and his wife run a beautiful guesthouse that is perfectly located and beautifully decorated. The rooms in the old town building have been renovated so are air conditioned with modern bathrooms. Breakfast served in the garden was substantial with a variety of fruit, eggs and coffee. Renato couldn't have been more helpful with regards to parking, giving us suggestions as to how to plan our time in Shkoder and his suggestion for restaurant Fisi was possibly the best meal we had in Albania.

You can leave your car there and just go hike. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this guesthouse in Theth! 🌿 The place is beautiful, surrounded by stunning nature, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and made with organic local products – a perfect start to the day. What made the experience truly special was the owner. She welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The owner is the heart of this guesthouse – warm, positive, and genuinely caring, she made us feel more like family than guests. Her hospitality went above and beyond – when we were leaving, she even gifted us a jar of honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. 🍯 I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Theth. It’s not just a stay, it’s a genuine experience of Albanian hospitality. I would definitely come back!

Really friendly hosts who were always happy to help with everything you could ask for. Amazing mountain view and a really nice breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. Plus a super cute dog who demands taxes/pets every time you enter the facilities. Remember to bring cash (Euro or Lek) for the payment as it might be a bit tricky finding a bank that does not take a high commission in Shkodër.

There are quite a few stairs if you’re coming from the lower entrance, so keep that in mind. The owner is incredibly kind and a real pleasure to talk to. Do not miss the traditional carpet weaving on the lower floor. It is a beautiful and unique experience.

The hostess did not speak English, but she was very nice and welcoming regardless.
