Very nice pension and friendly staff. We even got an upgrade for our room which was very much appreciated as we travelled with a small baby. Breakfast and gym very good. Not far from Graz and very calm location surrounded by nature. We will come back if we are again close by.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked a fresh produce, which we enjoyed both in the breakfast room and on the patio.The room we had was well furnished, clean and had enough space for open suitcases and other belongings as well as a small table and chairs. The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome on our first visit to the Graz area. The housekeepers were also lovely, very efficient, changing towels when needed and leaving our room and communal areas super clean and tidy.

Lovely friendly hosts and beautiful property set in a stunning quiet location. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. We took a cable car up the mountain and the views from the top were breathtaking. Loads of places to eat and drink.
A fantastic family pension, clean and lighty, located in the green and quiet part of the city, 15 minutes away from the Eggenberg Palace (by foot) and 25-30 minutes from the city center (by tram).
People were extremly helpful, the food was fresh and tasty.
When we arrived, it was snow flakes were floating everywhere, on the steet, over the houses around and it was a fairy tale atmosphere!
The only thing I regret about our stay is the fact that it wasn't longer!
The stay at Guesthouse Plank is always a perfect experience. We have stayed here for 3x already and the service doesn't waver. Hope Frau Plank continues her good job! :)
The rooms were already heated when we arrived, and the rooms were always spic span!

The location is close to the motorway but in a quiet area with private parking making it safe to leave your car overnight. Late check-in is not a problem even though the reception closed at 8 pm. The restaurant next door stopped serving food quite early (shame looked amazing) but we had thought to pick something up on the way and they were happy for us to eat our sandwiches with our beer. The continental breakfast was really good and just what we needed before hitting the road again.
