The room was clean and located in a beautiful area about 1 km from the center of Lunz. Breakfast was luxurious, generous, and served. There were rolls, ham, salami, cheese, butter, jams, fruit, and vegetables. We were also offered a choice of scrambled eggs or fried eggs. To drink, there was coffee and juice. Outside, there is a seating area for enjoying beer or wine. We were able to charge and store our e-bikes in the building.

Pension l'Etage situa-se em Melk, a 7 minutos a pé de Mosteiro de Melk e a 20 km de Erzherzog Franz Ferdinand Museum. We had a great stay here. The owners are very welcoming and helpful via messaging. The rooms are newly decorated (open since may 2024) and spacious with high ceilings. Its so nice to have plenty of parking. Entry is well signposted but quite hard to see at night. After half a flight of stairs there is a lift The breakfast is excellent. The owners have searched far and wide of the best bread and pastries and there is a lovely selection of meats, cheese, fruits and muesli. Overall a highly recommended stay.

Free coffee and tea. The workers are very nice. Great breakfast included. In the evening, we eat at the compund's restaurant.. the food was great.

Frühstückspension Haus Ebersdorf situa-se em Leiben, a 10 km de Mosteiro de Melk, 7 km de Erzherzog Franz Ferdinand Museum e 33 km de Dürnstein Castle. Perfect breakfast with really delicious jams. Clean rooms, fast check-in. We forgot our charger after check-out, the lady immediately called us and we could go back for it pretty fastly. Perfect servis for such money ✌️

Beautiful and peaceful location with amazing host. Premises werre kept very clean and tidy. Spaceous rooms and big yard right next to Thaya river for spending time and barbecuing. A lot to see nearby; castles, and cute little towns/villages. Flexible check-in and check-out. Recommend!

Amazing place to have a night outside of Vienna and not far from Desinger outlet. The breakfast is tasty and large. The restaurant is local place that connecting locals.
