Situated in a quiet area of Sankt Wolfgang, a 12-minute walk from the centre, Hupfmühle Pension offers a restaurant serving Austrian cuisine and fish specialities. This accommodation and location are not to be missed. A romantic, gem of a spot. The house is an old logging mill and has so much charm. The room we stayed in had a lovely balcony with a river that ran beside it and the night sky could be enjoyed from there. The sound of the water from the river lulled you to sleep, and the view was magical. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. There were also a table and chairs outside to enjoy the space and a clothes line.The place was spotlessly clean. The tiled bathroom was in keeping with the traditional house. There was a large sofa and table also available to sit and converse. The owner also provided a bar in the house for residents to use at a much cheaper rate than the bars in town. Also, coffee and tea is available here too The town itself had charm and tradition bursting from its seams. We went for a swim in the town lake as suggested by the owner, and it was beautiful. There is a train that runs up the side of the mountain that you can take and the views are marvelous. The house itself is a small walk into town along a charming gravel path with benches and views upon views positioned along the way, The breakfast was fresh yogart and granola fresh fruit, eggs, ham, speck, cheese, and bread all very tasty and plentiful.

We came to Austria for skiing and had a great experience in de Leopoldhof hotel. Beautiful spa, very comfortable apartment, nice staff and great service. Hotel is located in beautiful nature next to the lake. I could imagine it’s also very nice during summer.

Located in the centre of Sankt Gilgen, Hotel-Pension Falkensteiner is 250 metres from the Zwölferhorn Cable Car and 400 metres from Lake Wolfgang. Great breakfast. The lady in charge was very nice and helped with everything we asked.

Pension Schlömmer is located 4 km from Sankt Gilgen and has a private beach access to Lake Wolfgang, just 200 metres from the house. It offers for guests a balcony in every room. Location, staff, service, beauty, drink selection, breakfast, friendliness, location, location, location!! Wonderful!

Fantastic views, quiet setting, quiet inside, 2 room apartment was exceptionally designed and decorated, fully equipped kitchen, roomy. Cornelia was very attentive to our needs and questions. Great place to stay. Convenient to the 3 towns by the Wolfgangsee and the mountains.

A beautiful wooden house, and the host and children are very friendly. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and taking bus line 150 allows you to get anywhere. The house is clean and tidy, with mountain views right outside the window—I had a very comfortable stay.
