The apartment was spacious, newly renovated, and immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every appliance and utensil you could think of. A nice balcony with chairs allows you to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink in the evening looking out at the snow-covered Alps. This is also a working farm, so you get to see the sheep every day out in the pasture next to the apartments and get a taste of Bavarian countryside life. Many guests have cars, but if you don't, a bus into town stops right in front of the property every 15 minutes or so.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices and they provide self serving cake and tea throughout the day. The room was especially clean. We stayed three nights and they make the room everyday. Location is good, a little walk to a park and a dog park. From there, a few mins walk to Salzburg old town center.

The bed was comfortable and the balcony had a nice view of the mountains. During hot summer days, the air in the rooms is cooler, which is a relief after a full day of hiking and walking in the sun. The breakfast is always fresh, the host is very nice, kind, and helpful. We communicated in English, so the fact that I don't speak German was not a problem. For those who do not come by car, there's a bus station nearby. Waldhof is conveniently located about halfway between Salzburg and Fuschlsee, making it easy to visit the city one day and head in the opposite direction the next day, to bathe in one of the region's lakes or at least see their incredible blue water. (The app Sbg Verkehr is useful for checking bus schedules in real time or buying tickets.) Additionally, from Waldhof, it is easy to go into the forest, hike in the surrounding mountains and enjoy the view if you reach the Nockstein peak. Here, you don't feel like a client in a hotel, but rather like a guest in a home. A really nice experience.

It is located in a beautiful calm area. Some snacks, coffee and tea were always available. The staff was very welcoming. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, it takes you straight to the city in a short time.

Located in Salzburg, 2.6 km from Festival Hall Salzburg, Pension Ballwein features free WiFi access and free private parking. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The kindness of the family is simply great. Always smiling and asking us how we were feeling or if we had some need. Breakfast fresh clean and quite. Comfortable bed, nice view on the green, wonderful bathroom, cozy underroof space. All comfort in the room, with quite space in it. I would suggest the structure to anyone.

Overlooking the Salzach Valley and the Untersberg Mountain, Pension David is 1 km from Puch and 4 km from Hallein. Salzburg can be reached in a 15-minute drive. Wonderful and quiet location. The room was efficient and clean. We had a good rest. We also got free train tickets to go into Salzburg and Josef was lovely. The breakfast was delicious, overall a great stay and a positive experience.

Really quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff really helpful and taking care of you. Very nice big room, nice pool and sauna area.

The room was spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the beds were very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.
