Very clean, everyrhing was tidy and in order! Location is near the airport. As soon as we arrived, we were treated like VIPs! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and kind. The room was immaculately clean and "warm", the ideal retreat after a day out. I adored it at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the other facilities were worth every dinar. The impeccable service and facilities made the ideal setting for an experience that I will always cherish in Belgrade. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the city.

Conveniently set in the centre of Belgrade, Black Pearl Luxury Suites provides modern and elegant accommodation. First of all, the location is perfect. Right at the centre of the city, I could easily walk to the fruit market on the corner, shops, stores, and lots of wonderful restaurants that served the most tasty meals. My favourite spot is the Dva Jelena, a 192-year-old restaurant where I was serenaded with delicious food and live music from 3 elderly men. Their singing and playing were heavenly, and I recommend this spot to every visitor. Not to forget, the lady at the reception, Zorica, is an angel. She reached out to me on WhatsApp before I arrived and made sure I was fully briefed on what to expect on arrival and how to navigate my way from the airport to the hotel. Zorica was so sweet and professional, and she kept that positive smile on her face the whole time. I was well received, and I must say the customer service is top-notch. Housekeeping was done every day, and the lady who cleaned was very friendly, respectful, and polite. She greeted me every single time with a smile on her face, and she was very professional and smart with her work. The room has a good solid bed and a working cooling/heating air conditioning system, a good bathroom with a shower for both hot and cold water, and a wonderful minibar with drinks, snacks, a coffee machine, a kettle, etc and a very good wifi internet system. I particularly loved the lighting system, which had a unique blend of different colours of lights, and it gave a very cosy feeling, especially on the dining table. I will come back again.

A localização é excelente, atravessando o pátio trazeiro, que está cheio de restaurantes e esplanadas, chega-se à rua principal de Novi Sad. Quarto grande e confortável. As salas do restaurante são muito bonitas mas com pouca limpeza :(

Localizado apenas a 500 metros da principal rua pedonal de Knez Mihajlova, o moderno Nevski Hotel dispõe de acesso Wi-Fi gratuito em toda a propriedade. I chose this hotel because of its location, ratings, and the fact that most people who stay at Hotel Nevski are likely to return. When I return to Belgrade, I will definitely be staying here again. The location has a residential neighborhood feel, but it is right around the corner from numerous cafes and restaurants. It is walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options for any diet. The staff was lovely and always willing to help and answer questions. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We were guests at the hotel around 31st December for a 3 night stay. We are very satisfied with the hotel, especially the employees that work at reception. They were very nice and helpful all the time. Also the waiter that works at the breakfast room. The hotel is located right in the Citi center, 2-3 min walk to the square where are all the coffee bars, restaurant and nearby Danube park. The Petrovaradin fortress is around 10-15min walk. The hotel has it's own parking space but it's limited so if you are coming with car, reserve a spot. There is no free parking in the nearby streets. The room was clean and enormous, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with all necessities inside. Sheets were changed on a daily basis, also the towels. Food was great and diverse so everyone will find something tasty to eat. Overall the hotel gets 10+ from us.
