It is clean and has a nice interior and decoration. A soft bed, a thick blanket, and a big pillow. I have had a nice and cozy sleep there. Have a good morning with their nice breakfast! Great variation of food! And many local choices. The homemade dessert is wonderful! The staff are all friendly and nice.

Ciao Amore is a hidden gem. We are a family of 5 and stayed there for 6 days over Christmas 2024. Constantin and Andy are superb hosts. Very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Always chatting to the guests and making sure we had everything we needed. They were very flexible on evening meals for us but the standard menu choices are good also. Hotel is spotlessly clean and even though the bathrooms are shared they too are immaculate a look like they've only recently been refitted. Buffet breakfast is a real treat. Bus stop is literally right outside with buses running to all the main ski lifts more or less every 30 mins. Great experience overall and would highly recommend.

We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

Everything was very clean. It is conveniently located in the center of town. Breakfast was good too.
