The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. One of the best things about it is the location – very well-connected and convenient, with easy and quick access to all the main attractions in the city. The public transportation nearby made getting around super simple. Check-in was completely hassle-free, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna.

The location is perfect all city sightseeing spots are in walk distance. The stuff was nice and helpful, daily cleaning done well.

It was so close to the public transportation options. It made it effortless to enjoy the city and beyond. The hosts are the main reason why loved our stay here. They are extremely professional and friendly at the same time. They pay extreme attention room to details from instruction video about how to find the apartment to how to use the washing machine to everything else… they are there to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable. We just loved the attention to details and care they showed to their guest. A little touch like how they print their guest’s last name and place it on your apartment door. I thought that was such a nice gesture. You will love it here. Don’t wait to book it! We will book again.

Friendly host, easy to get in contact to, with a lovely property (that's probably even better in the summer given it's quiet spot and with an outside pool and terrace.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Beautiful family pension in a quiet area, with a big garden, great breakfast and very kind owners. Everythin was super clean, furniture was very stylist
