Situated in Rockingham, Cosy, private guest house with pool and private parking features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The property is around 46 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 47 km from WACA and 48 km from Perth Concert Hall. The property is non-smoking and is located 41 km from Claremont Showground. Was very private. The enclosed under cover outdoor kitchen area was brilliant. The private pool use and area was so relaxing. Everything you needed for a short or long stay was there. Van was friendly and accommodating and any if there was an issue he would resolve it straight away. We have already re booked.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need. Wifi/Netflix very welcome. Very clean and comfortable. I usually feel the need to wash plates etc before using them but didn’t feel the need here. Good location close to the beach and not far from Rockingham. Julie very welcoming on our arrival.

Owners Paul & Sue are such a lovely couple who are easy going and very accommodating to your needs or special requests. Nothing is too much trouble. They offer great advice from the area and are great company for a chit chat and a laugh. Their beautiful Cavoodles George and Elsie are such wonderful pets and I loved their company. Walking distance to the bus stop, IGA and the foreshore. Highly recommend this beautiful guest house as your home away from home.

Extremely clean , and we loved the breakfast set up which was a lovely clean and well stocked kitchen with self serve bread for toast, cereals, yogurts and granola, fruit, juices, coffee, and teas. Large bathroom with a great jet tub as well as shower . We were able to check in slightly early which was nice. We would definitely stay here again!
