The location is perfect near tram, bus stops and metro, in 20 minutes you can get to the city center. Next time coming to Brussels would go back again ...

The accommodation was amazing, clean, elegant, with great character features. The Large family room was perfect and exceeded my expectations it was a beautiful space. The communication with the owner Claire was very personal she made sure we were equipped with recommendations for the local area, such as good restaurants and shopping. The service was impeccable, I would definitely, recommend this accommodation and plan to visit again. The location was perfect we were able to walk to all the shops, both High street and High end. This Guesthouse is 10/10 for us.

Enjoying a central location in the heart of historical Brussels, the Happy guesthouse - Grand Place offers guest rooms with free WiFi in a typical townhouse, with an Art Nouveau façade. Guests can benefit from a daily home-made breakfast made with Belgian products. Loved the location and especially the homemade breakfast. The owner is really friendly and the rooms are clean. The heater in our room (3rd floor) was working which was relevant for us as it was a bit cold outside. It was a perfect stay. :)

The Manneken Pis Statue is 180 metres from Bxlroom and Brussels-South Railway Station, featuring the Eurostar terminal, is just over a 20-minute walk away. The Magritte Museum is a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse. The room and decor were amazing. It’s a cute apartment with all the amenities in a great location. It’s close to main attractions, restaurants and shopping, as well as transit. The host, Edmund, is fabulous! Super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here while in Brussels.

The welcome was very nice and very helpful.The room was just fantastic. There was enough parking place in the street. We enjoyed Brussels as we never did before. The neighbourhood is awesome - lush and green, with cheerful birds in the stillness of the morning, secret paths awaiting to be discovered and views to beautiful sunsets. Brussels is an open-air museum, so each day was full of wonders, but coming home each night to my oasis of calm is what truly made my stay special. I wholeheartedly recommend BeCosy!
