Everything is so generous, from the size of the room and the bed to the breakfast and warmth of the team. Parking is free of charge so we left the car next to the hotel and walked 2 minutes to the center of the ancient city and to the main street. Recommended!

Located steps away from the very center of the walking street (mosque and hippodrome are literally 50 meters away), still very quiet as its in the side street. View from the window on a bank building with a beautiful facade. Very warm, there is aircon and a heater. Overall a great experience.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Before arrival, the receptionist (Jeff) was very responsive and friendly. Upon arrival he gave me a free upgrade on the room. Room was very clean and spacious. Building is cozy and charming. It is conveniently located near restaurants, old town and attractions. Wifi was high speed. When I wanted to leave the cleaning ladies (Zoya and Tonka) called a taxi for me. Taxi didn't take card, and I had no cash. They even gave me cash to pay for my taxi! Without charging my credit card!! If I visit Plovdiv again, I will stay here for sure.

The property is in the Kapana district of Plovdiv, so within walking distance from everything worth visiting in Plovdiv. It is on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old building without elevator, which did not bother us at all. It has a kitchen with a coffee machine and washing machine and drier on each of the floors. Very modern, very comfortable. Parking is included and is within walking distance from the studio (about 10 min for us) and we could keep the car there until 2 p.m. for free the following day, after we checked out. Rositsa contacted us in advance with clear instructions, and then made some excellent recommendations for dinner, so very smooth communication on whatsapp.
