I booked a single room but was given a room with 2 double beds. Only one bed has beddings. Certainly no complain there as the room was still comfortable. I arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning and was able to check into the room right away, which was a life saver. The hotel is just a short walk to the main plaza and other main tourist attractions. The staff Nelly was nice and helpful, who helped me with directions to various places. Breakfast was good. The common area was beautifully restored and the room had windows open to the outside so I could get fresh air. There were cutlery, cups, kettle and a microwave in the room. I did not use them but would be handy for others.

There is a supermarket within easy reach of the guest house. It was the best option to spend a few days in Sucre we would’ve even stayed longer. We felt like at home. Alex was always willing to help and gave us great recommendations for places to visit around the city. The location is perfect, right in the center: 15 minutes from the bus terminal, 2 minutes from the mercado central, and 5 minutes from the main square, where Bolivia’s Independence Museum is located. 100% recommended.
