The staff were very friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome. The location is excellent, close to many beautiful hiking areas. We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

The manager called me even after reception hours to fix an issue I had messaged about, super helpful! The booking, messages and other communication was super smooth, as was check in and check out. I’d love to come back here one day, if only for the amazing breakfast. Possibly the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, definitely the best on this trip. The view from the restaurant and especially the terrace lifted the whole experience to another level. Would 100% recommend to stay here. Celine and the team are the best! 🤍

We sat late afternoon by a stove fire and sipped beer and wine…Homemade dinner. Very very affordable!! Would / will come back.

The room was very spacious with a great view. The breakfast was simple and good. Very cosy atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Sonia who took care of every detail and question we had, and was very considerate, She even helped us with train booking. The place is very welcoming , we had a fantastic stay, I truely recommend !

Situated in the car-free Wengen in the Jungfrau Region, Hotel Berghaus enjoys a quiet location surrounded by the Bernese Alps. The Männlichen Cable Car and the village centre are only a short walk away. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location with breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. Good sized room, very clean. I'm happy I chose to stay in this small village, it's not nearly as full as Grindelwald for example.
