The staff were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. When the heating in one of the rooms didn’t work, they immediately brought us a portable radiator. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary coffee, even though breakfast was not included in our booking. Despite our late arrival, the team kindly greeted us and accompanied us to our rooms to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The rooms themselves are newly renovated, very clean, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend !

Our room was sparkling clean, the bed very comfortable and we had a fast wi-fi connection. Room had beautiful view over the valley. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order perfectly. The staff was very accommodating and multi-lingual. We will stay there again when back in Switzerland next year.

This hotel is situated in Meggen, just 700 metres away from Lake Lucerne. It offers an Italian restaurant with garden terrace. All rooms have a bathroom and cable TV. The bed was comfortable and the food was very good. I recommend the breakfast. The coffee was excellent.

The Sonnenberg Hotel in Kriens offers panoramic views over Lake Lucerne, the mountains and the forest, a Nespresso machine in every room, seasonal cuisine and free WiFi. The staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn't be more helpful! A nice touch with a personalised welcome letter too! The location is unbelievably beautiful. Truly incredible views from anywhere at the hotel. Especially from our room balcony! (They even provided binoculars!)
