The location is perfect with car park nearby. The owner is most helpful and very much cares about his guest at any time. The breakfast has a very good choice.

Communication, flexibility, pro-active approach to my wishes and changes, even a famous 5* property staff in town might learn here quite a lot. Top of the cake: I was challenged to make my scrambled eggs on my own for breakfast and I was really truly happy, there was no chance for any dissappointment coming from the hotel kitchen:-)
