Marché 28 Guesthouse se află în Montreux, la aproximativ 7 minute de mers pe jos de Gara Montreux și la 29 km de Gara Lausanne. Location is good, in the center. Clean, organized apartment. The owner provided cleaning/room service every day, including changing towels, filling in coffee/tee. The terrace is very nice, allows to sit outside and rest/eat. Few notes for visitors, as i myself like to read for information; Montreux is on hills, take into consideration that even if close to the lake, the path can be steep and not convenient for everyone by foot. there is a bus to use of course. the apartment has a bedroom and living room where there is sofa that you can open for additional 2 people, but in my opinion, the sofa is good for children, less for adults, possible to sleep but not ideal.

Le Hameau du Montchervet se află în Puidoux, la aproximativ 15 km de Gara Lausanne și la 16 km de Gara Montreux. Amazing apartment, clean, fresh, modern, spacious ! Quick walk to the railway station and train travel was free. Loved the funny goats in the adjacent field, great parking , fabulous walking paths from the apartment. Quiet area in the countryside but easy rail access to the city.

Maison Junod se găsește în Romainmôtier, la 32 km de Palais de Beaulieu, și oferă vedere la oraș. We loved the furniture and the attention to details, the coffee and tea facilities, the location, the generous room size. We would definitely come again.

Beautiful studio - private garden, EV, breakfast - Chalet Hug studio se găsește în Arzier, la aproximativ 32 km de PalExpo și la 32 km de Biroul Națiunilor Unite de la Geneva. This is a small and very cozy studio, located on the ground floor of a large chalet. Inside there was absolutely everything for a comfortable stay of my parents during the week. Very clean and, what is important, cool even in such a hot summer as this. The hosts are incredibly hospitable. They met us personally, were ready to help with any issue. Breakfasts are croissants with local natural jams, butter, milk and other things. My parents were very pleased!

Le Fort se află în Gimel, la aproximativ 32 km de Gara Lausanne și la 32 km de Palais de Beaulieu. Excellent communication with the owner, spotlessly clean, spacious and very warm, quiet location. We brought camping chairs because a couple of reviews mentioned a lack of comfy chairs but actually there is an armchair and 4 camping chairs available. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent shower with plentiful hot water. We had a car but there seemed to be a frequent bus service to nearby towns, and the tourist tax funds some discounts, including a daily voucher for 20CHF on public transport. We found that useful for taking the train to Lausanne and Geneva. It was overall a great place to stay.

La Romély se găsește în Arzier, la 32 km de PalExpo, și are o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. What a fantastic place, secure parking, amazing views, great hospitality, pool, sauna and fantastic comfortable nights sleep. This is the place to stay but be prepared to eat out.

Room with 360° view overlooking Lake Geneva and Alps se află în Puidoux, la 15 km de Gara Lausanne, și oferă o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. The view from the balcony is amazing! The apartment is located in a small town where locals live (not a tourist area at all). The hosts was very nice and helpful. We had a car so it was very easy to get to and from the apartment, not sure as far as trains and taxi. The apartment is about 20 minutes from Montreux and about 50 minutes from Geneva (by car). We would definitely recommend staying here.
